The government will present a long-term strategy on how we should live with the coronavirus. This is Ingvild Kjerkol, Minister of Health, speaking to Aftenposten.

A new strategy for how we will live with the coronavirus among us in the long run. Details will come in almost three months in April, the paper writes.

In addition, Kjerkol wants disease rates to be more predictable for the affected industries.

"We want to prepare for new situations in which we must react quickly with predictability for industries that are being hit hard and brutally," says Kjerkol to Aftenposten.

The government commissioned the National Institute of Public Health and the Norwegian Health Directorate to prepare new packages of measures. With which you will be able to choose a bundle with restrictions depending on the impact of a new epidemic or a new variant.

In addition, Kjerkol will improve conditions for research on the effects of actions taken, as well as additional equipment health service.
