Like the previous two days, Breivik erected posters with a political message as he entered the court before taking a seat next to his attorney Øystein Storrvik.

According to the plan, this is the last day of the trial. However, one more day is foreseen in case there is not enough time for detailed consideration of the matter.

Since it was the prosecutor's office who brought the case against Breivik, there is no doubt that prosecutor Hulda Karlsdottir will file a motion for further detention of the 42-year-old. The procedure will start after the final documentation has been prepared.

Immediate danger

The prosecutor hinted that in her opinion there was still an imminent danger that Breivik would commit a new, serious crime if he was now released after a minimum period of ten years' imprisonment.

Øysten Storrvik's lawyer will request a relaxation of Ander Behring Breivik's imprisonment so that he is prepared for release.

Censorship

Former Anders Behring Breivik defender Geir Lippestad warns against Breivik's censorship and believes that makes him more important.

- I think the Norwegian press is right in reporting what is being said in court. Even if Breivik is taking the opportunity to promote his ideology, says Lippestad

Former Attorney General Tor-Aksel Busch proposes to make an exception to the possibility of resolving the issue of release for pre-trial detainees.

Busch believes that the Breivik case, which went to the Telemark Circuit Court this week, illustrates the need to make an exception to the possibility of considering parole for detainees in certain cases.

The Brevik verdict will be known in a few weeks.
