Free entry for children and one adult

The offer provides free admission for a child and an accompanying adult during the period when the city common rooms are open to the public.

You can swim for free in these halls:

  • Rennesøyhallen
  • Finnøy svømmebasseng
  • Kvernevik svømmehall
  • Tastahallen
  • Hundvåg svømmehall
  • Hetlandshallen

In the municipality of Stavanger, everyone between the ages of 4 and 16 can use the swimming pools for free. Change in the program comes into force immediately and the program should give children the opportunity to better learn to swim to ensure their safety in the water.

“The feedback we have received shows that both parents and children are very satisfied with the offer, so we are expanding it further,” says Morten Husebø, responsible for swimming pools in Stavanger Municipality.
