The event will take place on 10 brand 2023 at the DNB headquarters (Dronning Eufemias gate 30, Oslo). 

The organizers

The event is organized by the Lithuanian Embassy in Norway in association with Polish Embassy in Norway , Polish Investment and Trade Agency and a partner DNBIt will stay opened by the ambassadors of Lithuania and Poland in Norway (on the top floor of the DNB Headquarters). We cordially invite you to participate.

 Purpose of the event

The aim of the event is to invite leading Norwegian, Lithuanian and Polish companies to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the Norwegian construction market in 2023. In addition, we want to contribute to finding the right match between the current requirements of Norwegian companies and the supply possibilities of Lithuanian and Polish partners. There will be speakers from DNB, Hent, Veidekke and Statsbygg (tbc) as well as representatives of leading Lithuanian and Polish companies in the construction industry. We treat it as a convenient opportunity for Norwegian companies to meet potential suppliers or partners from Lithuania and Poland, as the main market players from these countries will be in Oslo .

Lithuania and Poland - are very closely related to the Norwegian construction sector. Being the largest national minority in Norway. (about 200 Poles and 000 Lithuanians living in Norway permanently or temporarily). Polish and Lithuanian employees represent a significant number of potential customers and a significant workforce in the construction industry. At the same time, Lithuanian exports of construction products to Norway amount to almost 100 billion. EUR, while Polish exports reach 000 billion. EUR. Commonly used construction products - doors, windows, furniture or wooden houses - are delivered to Norwegian business and private customers on a daily basis.

Moreover, Polish and Lithuanian construction companies play a significant role in the Norwegian construction market, offering high-quality products and services at competitive prices. Polish and Lithuanian entrepreneurs are increasingly choosing investments in Norway, which contributes to the economic development of both countries.

In recent years, the Norwegian construction sector has been developing dynamically, thanks to which entrepreneurs from Poland and Lithuania are finding new opportunities for development and investment. On the Norwegian construction market, there are also numerous opportunities for Polish and Lithuanian companies specializing in modern construction technologies, such as energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

To sum up, the Norwegian construction market offers many opportunities for Polish and Lithuanian entrepreneurs and employees who can use their knowledge and experience to win new contracts and increase their profits. Mutual cooperation and exchange of experiences between Poland, Lithuania and Norway can bring many benefits to all parties involved.
