Individual municipalities in Østfold, Akershus and Buskerud have already sent information regarding changes or planned changes to Monday's teaching also for primary and secondary school students. Information from municipalities is sent to residents via text messages or posted on the municipalities' websites.
Based on current warnings about very difficult road conditions in Østfold on Sunday and Monday, as well as dialogue with the state administrator, the police, the Norwegian Roads Authority and the Meteorological Institute, crisis management in the municipality of Østfold decided on Friday afternoon:

- Public transport Østfold is considering canceling all public transport on Monday. The final decision will be made on Sunday afternoon.
