Education in times of pandemic

My educational journey began in unusual circumstances - in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Studying via Teams has become the new norm, and I, living in Norway, decided to study in Poland. Despite the remote nature, I managed to successfully complete the first year of study at the Mazovia Academy in the branch in Otwock.

Choosing a university: Why Mazovia Academy?

The choice of Mazovia Academy was well thought out. The location in Otwock, proximity to the airport and spa surroundings were perfect for someone like me - a mother of four children and a person actively looking for development opportunities. The university offered weekend classes, which allowed me to effectively combine the role of a mother and a student. Additionally, opening plans a student home for people from outside Otwock were promising.

The scholarship system in Poland: opportunities and support

Mazovia Academy offers a wide range of activities support system material for students. Social scholarships are available for disabled people, the rector for good academic results and allowances. My story shows that with determination and the right support, you can achieve your educational and career goals, even in... difficult situation personal life, which is being a parent of four children. Studying in Poland while being resident of Norway, is a challenge, but also an extremely satisfying experience that opened the door to new professional opportunities for me.
