- On March 2024, four new acts come into force, partially or completely - acts on amendments to the Energy Act, the Act on professional transport and the Act on the registration of pledges.
Electronic registration of pledges
Act of 20 June 2014 No. 45 regarding changes to the Act on the registration of pledges and others (electronic registration of pledges), part I, amending the Act on the registration of pledges, § 7 section 1 point 1 and 2, shall enter into force on March 1, 2024 in the case of registration in the Register of Movable Property, in accordance with resolution on entry into force of February 9, 2024 No. 232. Requirements regarding professional competences in passenger transport
Act of 26 May 2023 No. 16 regarding amendments to the Act on Occupational Transport (professional competence requirements for taxi license holders and fines for infringements) Part I, amendment to § 40a regarding fines for infringements, enters into force on March 1, 2024 in accordance with resolution on entry into force of February 2, 2024 No. 153. Act of 16 June 2023 No. 69 regarding changes to the Act on Energy and Natural Gas (excess heat, energy cartography, measurement and invoicing) Part I, amendment to Chapter 8 of the Act on Energy, regarding § 8-5, enters into force on March 1, 2024. in accordance with the resolution on entry into force of February 16, 2024 No. 282.
