On the business solutions status page Meta  they write that there are problems with logging in.

This is demonstrated by the Downdetector website. It is based on user reports. In the Norwegian version of the website, over 8500 users reported errors on three social media. There are several hundred thousand of them in the United States.

The Meta company is responsible for, among others, Facebook, Messenger and Instagram.

On the business solutions status page Meta they write that there are problems with logging in to Facebook - and a number of other services.

– We are aware of an issue affecting Facebook login. Our developers are said to be actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Problems with Facebook, Instagram and Messenger

Users around the world are having difficulty logging in to Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. Meta says they are working to resolve the issue.

Just before 17 p.m., more than 00 people reported problems with Facebook.

Wataha journalists also have difficulty logging in to the platforms, both in a browser and on a mobile device. Several of our readers are also reporting problems.

The platforms are owned by Meta and use the same infrastructure.

Meta states on its website that it is aware of issues related to the "Meta Admin Center", "Facebook Login" and "API" marketing.

– We are aware of an issue affecting Facebook login. Our engineers are actively working to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Downdetector began receiving reports of the problem around 16:15 p.m.

The problem was resolved at 17:20 p.m
