Belarus accuses Poland of deliberately escalating tensions between the two countries, and Poland believes that the security of the entire EU is at risk.
The Polish government warned that in the event of new attempts at border crossings, situations of "armed nature" could arise.
While several thousand migrants were stranded in no-man's land on the border, Belarus and Poland continued to press charges against each other on Tuesday.
Belarus claimed that Poland violated common security agreements when 10 soldiers were deployed at the border without warning.
