In our studio we host extraordinary personalities who infect with passion and unusual talent. This is also the case here - we have Kinga Szostak, who has been training Pole Dance for four years. The exercises and training sessions have resulted in great successes - the greatest of which is participation in the Norwegian Pole Dance Championships. Kinga took fourth place there, stepping on the heels of the people on the podium. What is pole dance? Can anyone take care of it? Answer in conversation!

Pole Dance is a pole dance with elements of gymnastics and acrobatics. It is already recognized by many as a field of sport. Still, Pole Dance is underestimated by many people. The truth is, it takes a lot of hours of practice, repetition, tons of hard work to achieve the art of pole dancing. Motivation, self-denial and, above all, a large dose of passion are important here. Without it, there is no development. What is the difference between a person who wants to take the first steps in Pole Dance?

  • body flexibility,
  • suppleness,
  • a hint of courage,
  • sense of rhythm.

Pole Dance - in spite of stereotypes ...

Pole Dance in Norway is getting more and more happy greater popularity. And not only in Norway - more and more people train in Poland too. Despite this, the attitude of unaware people towards it is still harmful. Rose dance – striptease and eroticism. Nothing could be further from the truth. Pole Dance is now considered a true art - and people who practice it must show great determination and strength of body and spirit. The fact that the approach is changing is visible by the very fact of the appearance of Championships in this field.
