When will we need e-tax?

How does the e-task work?
- Contact with a real estate agent
- Real estate agent visit
- Preparation of documentation regarding: renovation, renovation, plot size, rent, plans for the property and other information that may affect the value of the house or apartment.
- The real estate agent sends a ready E-tax within 1-7 days of visiting the client.
Valuation cost:
The price depends on the location of the property and ranges from KR 1 to 000,-
