What is E-takst and what will you need it for?

E-takst (electronic rate) is a tool also referred to as an industry standard for determining the value of houses/properties in Norway. standard, location and sale price of similar houses in the area.

When will we need e-tax?

  • Sale
  • Refinancing or negotiating terms mortgage loan
  • Determining the value of the house through, for example, an inheritance settlement, divorce, division of property.
  • A new loan for the renovation of real estate
  • Change of formulasverdien
  • Real estate loan

How does the e-task work?

  • Contact with a real estate agent
  • Real estate agent visit
  • Preparation of documentation regarding: renovation, renovation, plot size, rent, plans for the property and other information that may affect the value of the house or apartment.
  • The real estate agent sends a ready E-tax within 1-7 days of visiting the client.

Valuation cost:

The price depends on the location of the property and ranges from KR 1 to 000,-
