The truck driver must appear in court after being detained in Svinesund in July, where 19 liters of beer and 007 liters of alcohol were smuggled in the customs authorities.
According to the indictment, tax evasion for smuggling amounted to almost NOK 1,9 million.
The man was detained on the night of July 19 after crossing the border. The case will go to the Søndre Østfold District Court in Halden on 14 December.
