It must be admitted that this space in modern technology was a huge breakthrough. 3D printing was primarily implemented and helpful in areas such as medicine and automotive. 3D dentures no longer surprise anyone... 3D printing - the construction industry enters a new stage ...?

Will 3D house printing be a new trend that will change the construction industry forever? Probably yes. This is the opinion of, among others, the editorial staff of "The Guardian", which was one of the first to write about a Dutch couple who were the first to live in a fully printed house.

“A retired couple received digital keys to their apartment because the building - a 94 sq m two-bedroom bungalow - opens via an app. “This is the first house that has been fully accepted by the local authorities and is inhabited by people who pay to rent it,” said Bas Huysmans, head of Weber Benelux, the company that created the building. Building using 3D printing is done using a large robotic arm that releases special cement, imitating the architect's design. He applies subsequent layers to the walls - in this case 24 - to increase their strength. Then windows and doors are inserted and finishing works are carried out.” (source: Forsal.pl).

First of all, the minimization of construction costs and care for the environment ...

3D printing – what are its values? construction industry? First of all, it can significantly reduce the costs of building a house. Ecological considerations are also important - a house printed in a 3D printer is more environmentally friendly. It is very possible that the Netherlands will also be the forerunner of this trend, because the country still lacks qualified bricklayers.
