The past week was full of sports events, including, above all, the successes of Poles. Events important for Polish sport include, above all, the victory of the Polish 4 x 400 m relay at the World Indoor Championships and the victory of Kamil Stoch in the ski jumping competition in Lahti. But that's not all events, which brought a lot of emotions to sports enthusiasts.

Phenomenal 4 x 400 m relay
Polish runners over a distance of 400 m at the Indoor Championships caused a big surprise World Championships in Birmingham. The band consisted of: Karol Zalewski, Rafał Omelko, Łukasz Krawczuk and Jakub Krzewina.
Their form had previously indicated that they would be seriously considered in the fight for medals. However, no one expected the golden color and, above all, no one believed that they would break the world record at this distance. In the final straight, Jakub Krzewina overtook the American in spectacular style, thanks to which he crossed the finish line with a time of 3:01,77, setting a new world record. Bravo, gentlemen!
Indoor World Championships - results of other Poles
Not only the 4 x 400 m relay team was successful at last year's Indoor Championships World Championships in Birmingham. It is also worth mentioning the success of Adam Kszczot, who won silver medal in the 800-meter run. Marcin Lewandowski also became vice-champion of the world, beaten only by Ethiopian Samuel Tefera in the 1500 m race. He won the bronze medal and the pole vaulter, Piotr Lisek.
Kamil Stoch dominates and delights

A scandal at the game between Piast Gliwice and Górnik Zabrze
