The tragic accident took place last Sunday, June 3. There was an accident in the Stavenestunnelen tunnel around 14 pm. There was a collision between the bus and the minibus. Due to this incident, the police decided to close the entire Fv30 road in this section.

Injured foreigners
According to the Norwegian police, most of the victims are foreigners. Their stay in Norway was related to tourism. 32 people of Asian origin were passengers on the tourist bus. In turn, the Belgians traveled by minibus and they were the ones who suffered the most in the accident.
5 people in critical condition
According to official information, 18 people were injured in the accident. The condition of 5 people is assessed as critical. Most of them were Belgians traveling by minibus - their vehicle was almost completely destroyed.
