The Polish Vodka Museum will be established
Every nation boasts of what it has the best. When it comes to alcoholic beverages, Italians boast about wines, French people boast cognacs and champagnes, while Czechs loudly praise their beer. This is why a museum dedicated to vodka will be established in Poland. The Polish Vodka Museum will open in just one week (June 12) in Warsaw's Praga district. It will be located in the building which once housed the former Koneser factory - a vodka reclamation company. Work on this institution lasted four years. Ticket sales will start next Thursday, and the sanctuary will be open to the public next week.

The symbol of Lublin has burned down
At night, Lublin firefighters were called to extinguish a fire on a tree that was stored in Galeria Labirynt. It is known as the "baobab", but was actually a black poplar. It grew for 120 years on Litewski Square, and in 1990 it was declared a natural monument. A year ago, however, the tree began to die and therefore it was decided to cut it down. The trunk of the baobab was lying in front of Galeria Labirynt on Popiełuszki Street. It was decided to keep it because it has become a permanent feature of Lublin's landscape, becoming one of the city's symbols.
