Ann Merete Furuberg, head of an independent organization for farmers, says: “Authorities are concerned: smart importers will want to take advantage of the situation and buy coarse grain feed cheaply to sell it more expensive in Norway. Many people have a food problem in their home countries and those who are farmers are worried that wealthy Norwegians will overstate grain prices beyond their financial means. " Resource defenders have recently appeared - according to Furuberg, the authorities and associations are concerned about additional actors on the scene of the problem who will try to take advantage of the situation. The President urges: “This has to be a social event where no one will use the crisis against others. Drought occurs in many countries and our food supply may be at risk. Unfortunately, for farmers, the crisis may end in bankruptcy. " Furuberg argues: a spirit of cooperation will be important in the future; now calls on important personalities to face the situation of farmers: "We ask Prime Minister Erna Kolberg to speak in this catastrophe."

Farmer Alf Steinhovden from Sogn og Fjordane has been dealing with professional food destruction for over twenty years. Recently, he handed over to NRK: he now receives forty phone calls a day from desperate farmers looking to purchase bundles. Steinhovden does not care about the acts of players on the agricultural market. The farmer believes: most people who want to continue importing in the future will sell their crops to customers culturally, at a normal price. He points out that dishonest sellers with unrealistic prices are likely to happen, adding: "Perhaps the biggest risk is when someone buys cheaper crops domestically and then sells outside the EU. Then they earn significantly. But how often this happens, I don't know. "
