While on a diet, we try to avoid unhealthy things such as cookies, fast food, crisps, etc. Often the temptation is stronger and we eat something that we regret later. Of course, everything is for people, but the perfect replacement and lifebuoy in such situations are nuts.

Nuts are highly recommended in our daily diet. However, it must be remembered that apart from the fact that they provide us with a large dose of energy and vitamins, they are very caloric. They are not a product that occurs quite often in our menu, but it should be remembered that a handful of nuts can provide us with even several hundred calories.

There is nothing to be afraid of

The fact that nuts provide us with a large dose of calories should not cause fear in us. The fats contained in them are actually only health for our body. Nutritionist Professor Richard Mattes in his research proved that eating nuts, in this case mainly peanuts, does not lead to weight gain. On the contrary, because our body is willing to burn such fat. In addition, eating nuts reduces the risk of contracting many diseases.
