This year, the jury of Tolga Karacelik, Nik Powell, Marek Rozenbaum and Piers Handling decided to award this award to the film "Delegation" directed by Bujar Alimani. The film tells about the attempts to implement government reforms in Albania in 1990. These changes were to open the way for this country to the OSCE.
Best Director
The Warsaw Film Festival awards prizes in various categories, but this one could not be missing. The award for the best director is a tribute to the artist and paying respect to him for the effort he put in his work. This year such an award went to Anki Damian for the film "Moon Hotel Kabul". The film is about a charismatic journalist who writes investigative reports. In his work, he often mixes truth with fiction and is not aware that the way he works will soon have a bad impact on his life. He meets a woman named Loan who dies right after meeting them. Unfortunately, her death does not prevent her from poisoning the main character's life.
