The Ministry of National Education has announced two competitions for schools operating outside Poland. It is an opportunity for Polish educational institutions in Norway to obtain additional funds for the organization of holidays for children and youth, as well as for cooperation between schools operating in educational systems other than Polish.
Organizing leisure
The Ministry of National Education has announced a competition no. DE.WZP.263.1.12.2018. "Organizing summer camps and other forms of summer recreation for Polish diaspora children and youth as well as professional training for teachers teaching Polish language, history, geography, Polish culture and other subjects taught in Polish abroad in 2019".

Non-governmental organizations and voluntary entities may apply for funds, as well as entities:
- legal persons and religious organizational units;
- associations of local government units;
- social cooperatives;
- joint-stock companies and limited liability companies as well as sports clubs that do not operate with the purpose of making a profit and allocate all income to the implementation of statutory objectives and do not allocate the profit to be distributed among their shareholders, shareholders and employees.
Objectives of the competition
The aim of the competition is to select the best projects that will fit into the following two areas:
- Area I - organization of in-service teacher training at home and abroad
working among the Polish diaspora and Poles living abroad and children of employees
migrants teaching Polish, history, geography, Polish culture and other subjects taught in Polish; - Area II - organization of educational camps in Poland for youth animators of Polish communities abroad.
Oferty can be submitted until December 14, 2018.

Cooperation between schools
The Ministry of National Education also announced a competition no. DE-WZP.263.1.11.2018. "The Polish family. Cooperation of schools operating in the education systems of other countries and social organizations abroad teaching Polish language, history, geography, Polish culture and other subjects taught in Polish with schools in Poland in 2019-2020 ”.
