He has the flu. Flu cases are increasing, but fortunately still at a slow pace. In January, doctors observed a reduction in the number of patients per group, but the increase announced in February is inevitable.

Patient with influenza A
In the vast majority of cases of people with flu, doctors diagnose influenza A (H1N1). This virus was a very serious pandemic in 2009 and was called the "swine flu" virus. Eventually, the virus has been circulating regularly since then and has come to be considered a normal type of seasonal flu. The overall rate of people with flu rose from 18,3% to 22,2% last week. Admittedly, there would be no need to worry as the percentage of sick people in the group hasn't changed drastically since Christmas, but FHI doctors predict a further increase in late February. IN Vestfold, Østfold and Aust-Agder the group index reached an average level.
