We can be proud! Polish athletes once again proved that they are second to none in athletics. The next success of the "white-and-reds" - we won the medal standings at the European Indoor Athletics Championships in Glasgow.

Emotions and fighting spirit still alive ...

The Polish representatives won as many as seven medals in Glasgow - five gold and two silver.
Our team has surpassed Great Britain and Spain with passion and sporting energy.

Gold medals were won by Michał Haratyk - shot put; Paweł Wojciechowski - pole vault; Ewa Swoboda - 60-meter run; Marcin Lewandowski - 1500 m run; Women's relay 4 × 400 meters composed of: Anna Kiełbasińska, Iga Baumgart-Witan, Małgorzata Hołub-Kowalik, Justyna Święty-Ersetic. The silver medals went to Sofia Ennaoui - 1500 m run, Piotr Lisek - pole vault.

It is worth noting that the second place in the classification was taken by Great Britain (4 gold - 6 silver - 2 bronze), and the third place was taken by Spain (3-2-1).

By winning this qualification we were able to repeat the success of two years ago from Belgrade. It was then that our athletes stood on the podium, winning seven times gold.
