My dear . The 10th anniversary of the Union of Poles in Fredrikstad is approaching.
One of our first initiatives was to plant an "Oak of Remembrance" commemorating the victims of the Katyn massacre.
In 2010, we managed to plant an oak commemorating Maksymilian Zagierski murdered in Katyn.
The Union of Poles in Fredrikstad is the founder and custodian of the tree, the brass plaque and the obelisk.
Traditional, this time with the participation of Przemek Zagierski, son of Maxymilian, we will lay flowers and celebrate the victims of Katyn on 10.04.19/18.30/XNUMX. at XNUMX
at the Memorial Oak (next to the library in Fredrikstad, 200 m from the Church. JN Jacobsens gt. 1606 Fredrikstad).
