Unfortunately, the mood of conflict between the state and the educational environment does not apply only to Poland. In Norway, too, the strike is "in the air". It is to take place next Friday, May 24, 2019. Talks have been going on for a long time. The recent negotiations between the Unio trade unions and the KS organization of municipal employers under the supervision of the State Mediator (riksmekleren) are unlikely to bring any results.

There was a proposal for a rise by 3.03 percent. Teachers do not agree with this state of affairs. As an argument, they swap the fact that representatives of other professions operating in the municipal sector can count on a 3.25 percent increase. Such discrepancies are unacceptable - teachers demand equal rights.
