In 2019, profits from this area amounted to 263 billion crowns.

Unfortunately, no one notices this very important aspect in election campaigns. In 2017, Norwegian municipalities received CZK 42,7 billion originating from the oil industry. These were amounts coming from the budget and directly from taxes on people working in the oil industry. Even municipalities that do not operate so strongly in this industry benefit from transfers from the oil fund.
