How did the bomber act? The shot fired by the bomber was aimed at the windshield of the car. The bullet hit the son of a councilor who died on the way to the hospital as a result of a shot. The attack took place in the very center of Kiev, near the restaurant owned by Wiesław Sobolew. According to witnesses to the event, the bomber ran up to Sobolew's car while it was driving in the green light. After the shot was fired, the bomber departed and drove off in the black Lexus.

Let us pay attention to the fact that this is not the first murder in the streets of Ukraine in recent years. These kinds of crimes escalated after Russia annexed Crimea. One of them was the murder of a journalist in 2015. The journalist was involved in the annexation of Crimea and was known for his pro-Russian views. It was similar with Wiesław Sobolew. According to information available to the Ukrainian police, the car that Sobolev was driving does not belong to him. The car belongs to a company that is involved in financing terrorists operating in the Donbas.
