. Nav employees are reporting more and more incidents that indicate violence and threats at work. In 2017, 2169 such reports were registered, although 2018 brought 2333 of them. The problem seems to be growing, as it is 8% more compared to the previous year. According to employees' testimonies, most threats occur during telephone conversations. The fewest reports come from employees who have highly qualified and confident in their work. Other employees testify that they experience some threat to themselves or their families every day.
