New innovative concept! The city business center has been famous for a long time for its original ideas that stand out as significant in the world of technology and communication. At a time when there is so much talk about climate change, this brand decided to inspire changes in this field as well. Currently, the condition of the world must motivate us all to change, first of all, the way we perceive reality and the world around us. Following the principle "let's start with ourselves", the Økern Portal brand has launched a special campaign against food waste in its structures. The plan is impressive. What will it involve? We present to you a new, unique company concept! Read it!

Økern Portal against food waste - a special diet plan for each day

Lars Berge - Swedish journalist, documentary and screenwriter, in one of his publications made a strong reference to the problem of changes in the world that we are witnessing now.

“(…) a consumer society based on constant growth is contrary to the principles of ecology. Man has violated the basic laws of nature. In this way, he became his own worst enemy. The threat no longer comes from outside, but from ourselves. In order to live in harmony with nature, humanity must change its way of thinking, lifestyle and value system. The concept of humanitarianism needs to be expanded. To care for all living things.”

Økern Portal sets a good example and introduces concrete changes. People working at Økern Portal will receive dietary recommendations based on their activity level throughout the day. The new program provides less food waste, nutritional advice and a better use of our resources.

Professional consultations with a dietitian ...

When will the employee start changing eating habits? Nutrition plans will be introduced after conducting a thorough interview with each employee. When setting the diet, the number of meals and their caloric value, the lifestyle, the nature of the work performed and the level of physical activity in everyday life will be taken into account. The project assumes that the company will not only change the way people think about food waste and raise awareness of this problem. In addition, dietitians and the originators of the project are convinced that the people involved will feel better by introducing a new diet. They will enjoy good well-being, which, of course, will also affect the quality of work.

Summarizing…

What do you think about this idea? How do you like it? Would you like your company to introduce such solutions? We are curious about your opinion.
