Cynthia Verazie – concert in Radio Wataha!
In our studio we host our Polish community… our compatriots who are distinguished by passion and many exceptional talents. We also have guests who have established an amazing business here in Norway, which has opened new paths and development paths for them. Cynthia Verezie appeared on the radio today. A 17-year-old who charmed us all with her extraordinary musical talent. It's amazing that Cynthia moves very freely in many musical genres - often in seemingly distant galaxies. We could listen to her live performance.
First steps in the world of music…
Cynthia told us about her beginnings with music. Ever since she heard the music in the telescope, she knew she was going this way. Everything was already known. At the age of five, she got a piano as a gift from her parents. She started learning to play and sing professionally.
At the end of 2017 Cynthia's family moved to Norway. A year later, Cynthia appeared on Norwegian Norwegian Idol and UKM. She also enrolled in Norwegian music schools and was accepted to one of the best classical music institutes (Barratt Due Institute of Music) in Oslo. In the summer of 2019, Cynthia won the Muszelki Wigry festival in Poland and was the youngest finalist of the most popular Romanian music festival, The Golden Stag.
An unusual competition on the Wataha radio - listen ...
Cynthia - a young and talented artist, took us all on an extraordinary musical journey. There was her own song, jazz, opera, French music by Édith Piaf. And... a real gem "Dziwny jest ten jest" - Czesław Niemen, performed by our Polish community. Thank you Cynthia for these beautiful notes that sounded in our studio. Haven't you listened live? listen now!
Summarizing ... Cynthia, we wish you every success in your future career. We are convinced that you will conquer the world yet and that you will be a great source of pride for us. We will follow your further fate on the musical path with great interest.
