"The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Oslo kindly informs. To the list of voters prepared by the consul for the first round of general elections for the President of the Republic of Poland. For the second round of voting in four voting circuits established on within the Kingdom of Norway in the Consular District in Oslo. An additional 5000 voters joined in. The sample electoral card for the second round of elections was provided to the consulates by the District Electoral Commission on June 30.06.20, 02.07.2020. On July 18.700, XNUMX, in the morning, all electoral packages were sent to voters via Norwegian Post (well over XNUMX electoral packages in total).

Elections 12.07. We appeal to the voters for immediate referral envelopes return to the consul's return address.

We emphasize that the return envelope with the content of the envelope with a ballot paper and attached separately statements. It should be sent back to the consul by post or courier. Return envelopes, delivered by post or courier to the consul. (to the mailbox) on 12.07.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX until the end of voting, i.e. by 21.00 ”will be forwarded by the consul to the District Election Commissions until the end of voting.

NOTE: mistakes most often made by voters in the first round of elections, resulting in the invalidity of the vote:

- putting the Statement in the envelope containing the voting card; in a return envelope (large) there should be a separate envelope with the ballot paper (small) and separately Statement!

- instructions: read carefully and follow its instructions; it is not a document that should be sent back with information on it (as in the Statement);

- one return envelope (large) should contain one statement and one (small) envelope with a ballot paper,

- several people may send several return envelopes (with contents) by postal mail;

- the (small) envelope with the ballot paper cannot be handed over without inserting it into the large returnable envelope. In which the Statement must appear.

 Also:

It is possible for groups of voters to send 1 postal item (courier, express), containing their return envelopes (with the contents as above).
