Total ID gateway logins last week were 9,9 million, while the busiest week last March was 8,5 million. Last week tax return accounted for 37 percent of all logins. The ID Gateway is a nationwide collaborative solution managed by the Norwegian Directorate of Digitization. Logging into NAV, Altinn, and the digital mailbox also account for a large proportion of daytime ID gateway traffic. Altinn has developed solutions over the last year to help reach coronavirus-related information and services from multiple sources.
