Euro 2020! The Polish team is stationed in Sopot! We have warm, fresh information about our national team during Euro 2020. The main base of 90% of the national team will be in Sopot. At this moment, the location near Dublin has been abandoned. Our team will play group matches against Slovakia and Sweden in Saint Petersburg. The match against Spain will take place in Seville. “Originally, the matches against Slovakia and Sweden were to be held in Dublin, and the matches against Spain in Bilbao, but these cities did not guarantee that at least some fans would be allowed into the stands. And this was UEFA's condition to retain the right to co-organize the tournament. Paulo Sousa's squad was to live in the center in Portmarnock near Dublin. To change decisions UEFA regarding host cities, this database has become outdated. (source: Polsat Sport). Due to the epidemiological situation and the coronavirus pandemic, the decision was made that the main base would be in Poland.

We already know the initial schedule of our representation activities. They are due to check in at main base on June 9. All preparations will start from May 24 to June 8. In anticipation of a special tournament in Opalenica. Before this event, two friendly meetings will take place - on June 1 with Russia in Wrocław, and seven days later with Iceland in Poznań.

Euro 2020. A few weeks of real sports emotions await us. Let us recall then. Unfortunately, the event was postponed due to the first wave of coronavirus in 2020. We hope that now everything will go according to plan. We are waiting for the situation to develop. The inauguration will take place on June 11 in Rome. Then, at the group A meeting, Italy will fight a battle with Turkey. The final will take place on July 11 in London at Wembley.
