Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Compatriots,
On the occasion of the Day of the Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad on May 2, the Day of the Flag of the Republic of Poland, and on the occasion of the Constitution Day of May 3, I would like to express my best wishes and thank you for your work for the Motherland abroad.
I would like to thank you most sincerely for caring for Polishness, for maintaining the national spirit, mother tongue, tradition and culture. For building the good name of Poles and the high position of our nation in the world, cultivating historical memory, shaping a good image of Poland and promoting Poland abroad.
Thank you for the solidarity you showed in these difficult conditions of the pandemic by helping those in need - either because of your profession or simply because of the need of the heart; to all Poles, Polish diaspora associations, involved in supporting initiatives for Poles and for local communities.
Best wishes of the Polish Consul
As a nation, we have the right to be very proud: our great achievement, which other countries in Europe and the world have modeled on, is Constitution of May 3, Government Act adopted by the Great Sejm on May 3, 1791, the second in the world and the first in Europe, an example of libertarian and democratic changes in Europe.
On the eve of Polish Diaspora Day and the 230th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution 3 maja, which has become a symbol and source of independence for Poles, I wish you faith, steadfastness and strength of spirit. Let them help us overcome difficult moments so that in the near future we will be able to enjoy Polishness again among a wide circle of compatriots.
I wish you good health, optimism, joy and success in the family and professional field, as well as taking actions that will contribute to the further growth of the importance of the Polish diaspora in Norway.
Yours sincerely, Anna Śmiałek-Grzyb Consul of the Republic of Poland
I join the wishes of the Consul and the Minister - I wish you a pleasant weekend and a happy time during the upcoming May holidays. Andrew Jach
