50 percent of the pool will be distributed based on local negotiation
In agreement with LO, Unio and YS, 50 percent of the pool will be allocated based on local negotiation. The agreement also entails a low wage profile and an equal wage profile for key allowances.
- The past year has been demanding for all of us, and many government employees have made every effort to get Norway through the crisis. So today I am very happy that the parties have reached an agreement, says Astrup.
