The police are asking to report anyone who may have come into contact with the stolen identity.

On Saturday 7 July 2018, the perpetrators in the Lørenskog case used the identity of Ole Henrik Golf to create an e-mail address: [email protected] . This email address was later used to create accounts on the KuCoin, Binance, and Huobi exchanges.

In connection with the registration on the above-mentioned exchanges, the perpetrators also provided the following information:

  • Copy / scan of Ole Henrik Golf passport. Pass ID: 29645413.
  • E-mail: [email protected]
    Mobilephone: + 47 407 45 668
  • Address: Elvegate 16A Store

So far, an investigation has revealed that a copy of the Golf's passport has been sold on the darknet, including to the Hansa and Dream markets.

A dozen telephone subscriptions and e-mail addresses in the name of Ole Henrik Golf were also disclosed, but not related to the Lørenskog case. As far as we know, the police believe they can now intensify their investigation into the case. First of all, that particular version of the passport, that particular phone number, and that particular email address.

Police investigations revealed that identities had been found in several Norwegian criminal cases, but had no known connection to the Lørenskog case. On this basis, the police assume that there may be persons who have come into contact with the identity without knowing that it was used in the Lørenskog case. There may also be people who have sold or shared the identity with someone without knowing what it is for. There may also be individuals, stores or other individuals who have been exposed to fraud related to that identification where the information has been used, individually or collectively.

The investigation to date has shown that Ole Henrik Golf was unjustifiably involved in the case as his identity had been used by the perpetrators.
Golf currently has witness status and is considered to be completely excluded from the case. The police are pleased that he has agreed to reveal the identity and that he is helping us further with the investigation.
