A maximum of 100 people gathered at private events in public places and in rented premises.

Restaurants and organizers are required to register their guests.

Measures apply in Oslo, Asker, Bærum, Grue, Kongsvinger, Nord-Odal, Sør-Odal, Eidskog, Hurdal, Nannestad, Ullensaker, Gjerdrum, Nes, Lørenskog, Lillestrøm, Rælingen, Aurskog-Høland, Enebakk, Nordre Follo Ås Nesodden, Frogn, Moss, Eidsvoll and Nittedal.

* From 03.12.2021/24/24, everyone coming to Norway must pass the test within XNUMX hours. This applies to both vaccinated and unvaccinated people. Travelers can check themselves at the test station at border crossings, at the public test station. If the test result is positive, the traveler is required to perform a PCR test as soon as possible. Measures already in place to prevent the spread of omicrons:

* The isolation period is extended to seven days for those who test positive and have reason to believe that they are infected with the omicron variant.

* Ten-day quarantine for close contacts with household members. This is appropriate for everyone with whom you come into contact when you have reason to believe you are infected with the omicron variety. These individuals are required to perform the PCR test on the seventh day as soon as possible. If the test is negative on the seventh day, the quarantine may be terminated.

* If infection with the omicron variant is suspected, testing for relatives has been introduced. They should be tested by PCR as soon as possible. Ideally between the third and seventh day after close contact and should avoid close contact with other people if possible. Until the first test is negative.

* All measures apply regardless of vaccination status. Obligations cease if it is confirmed that the infection is not caused by the omicron virus variant.
