Bergen police broke in with several patrols at a private address in the city center after the news of a fight on Tuesday morning.
Upon arrival, a man who had used a knife in a fight was arrested.
The victim has minor cuts but was conscious when the police arrived. The police are investigating the case further.
The incident was reported at 03.23, reports the Western Police District on Twitter.
