Survey of foreigners who are to leave Norway via Sweden

For foreigners who do not live in Norway and wish to leave Norway via Sweden, a negative coronavirus test by the test station is required, as well as a certificate of this. You should take the test no earlier than 48 hours before entering Sweden. The Municipality of Oslo has partnered with Sykehuset Oslo Øst to carry out this type of test and issue a certificate.

This offer only applies to foreigners without a Norwegian birth number or D number who do not have access to care health care and who do not live in Norway and must leave Norway via Sweden. Please note that it does not replace the certificate.

You can still choose a location for this type of testing, but you have to pay for it yourself. In Oslo, you can do it completely for free.
