- The government is aiming to increase exports excluding oil and gas by 50 percent by 2030. This is absolutely crucial for the green transition as well as for creating more jobs, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and enhancing value creation, says Minister of Trade and Industry Jan Christian Vestre.
On Thursday, the Minister of Trade and Industry will present his new measures to strengthen export work.
- In recent months, I have met around 200 companies to find out what the business community needs. Now I want to show export companies that they are heard. If we are to be successful with an export investment, we are dependent on the state, the business community and closely cooperating parties. That's why I want to think again about the cooperation we can achieve! says Vestre.
The goal is to mobilize new government export measures.
