When you will receive money from Nav in December - and the money will be credited to your account - depends primarily on what benefit you receive.

Here's an overview of when you can expect payments from Nav in December. At the same time, Nav points out that these are payment dates in which Nav guarantees that the money will be on the account - the money may arrive a few days earlier.

- Survivor's pension
- Basic allowance
- Assistance Allowance
- War pension
- Compensation for an accident at work or an occupational disease
- Transition Allowance
- Supplementary benefit for people over 67 years of age life with a short period of residence in Norway

Payment depends on when you apply
For some There is no common payment date for benefits, which would apply to everyone, but on the other hand, the payment date depends on when you apply. This applies to both sickness benefits and, for example, end-of-life care benefits:
For both benefits, payment is made on December 12 if your claim is approved before December 6. Nav informs that applications that will be considered after December 6 will be paid within 5 days.
