Aleksandra Ostrowska – How did I become a real estate agent in Norway?
In 2022, I completed my bachelor's degree "Bachelor i eiendomsmegling" at Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge, Campus Bø. After graduation, I was awarded the title of Eiendomsmeglerfullmektig, which gave me the opportunity to start working as an eiendomsmegler in a Norwegian real estate office.
What is important when choosing an Eiendomsmegler?
As Eiendomsmegler, he often receives inquiries regarding complaints about physical defects of real estate. The reason for this is, among others, the change in the Norwegian law "avhendingsloven", which from January 1, 2022 imposes much greater responsibility on the Seller. Therefore, I recommend choosing an Eiendomsmegler who will be up to date with all changes in the law and will ensure that all information relevant to the buyer is provided in an understandable and correct way.
