Residents who live in their own housing and have received Housing Benefit from Husbanken in 2021 and 2022 can apply for heat pump support.
Only this group can currently apply for heat pump support from Stavanger Municipality. Eligible people can receive up to NOK 15 for the purchase and installation of a heat pump. People who are in the target group and have already received support for a heat pump can also apply for additional support of up to NOK 000. However, only beneficiaries of housing allowance in 9 and 000 who own their own apartment can apply, not tenants. Interested parties will receive a letter from Stavanger Municipality regarding the heat pump support programme.

How to apply for funding
The application deadline is 31 March 2023. The application form and more information on Heat Pump Support for Housing Benefit recipients can be found below.
- Log in with your bank ID, complete and submit application form . The form can also be submitted to paper version.
- Your application will be registered with the municipality. You will receive a reply in a digital mailbox or by regular mail.
- Keep your receipts with your purchase and have your new heat pump installed. Bills must state what type of heat pump was purchased and where it was installed. After completing the work, you fill out the form payment and attach bills.
