There are many opportunities for musicians in Norway, both for professionals and amateurs. The country is famous for its many music festivals that take place throughout the year, such as the Stavanger Chamber Music Festival, the Ultima New Music Festival in Oslo and the Molde Jazz Music Festival. In addition, there are many music clubs and stages that allow local and foreign artists to perform.
Poles who immigrate to Norway often take advantage of these opportunities and engage in various musical projects. Some of them form music bands and play concerts in music clubs, others participate in jam sessions and recording sessions. Many people also decide to learn to play new instruments or improve their musical skills in music schools.

Hello.
I came to Norway in May 2005. Directly to Halden. It was supposed to be an adventure for a while and that's how I stayed To this day, ie 18 years have passed.
I currently live in Tistedal, but it is practically connected to Halden. A few years ago I bought a flat and I live with everyone
family here in Norway. Over time, I learned Norwegian and started a sole proprietorship company. I met many nice people of different nationalities. In 2019, my Norwegian friend Glenn, whom I knew a few years earlier (professor, lecturer at the university), he is the bassist in the band "Sacral Disorder" from Halden.
He persuaded me to perform as one of the special guests at their concert in April 2019. at the Feelgood club in Halden.
Team "BlackJan"
I let myself be persuaded and that's where I was drawn in that I started looking for friends for a band that I wanted to set up before the concert. Thanks to friends I found drummer Darek, then guitarist Michał and bassist Ernestas Litwin, whom I met once at work.
And so the band "BlackJan" was created very quickly. We played concerts, as it turned out, with quite a good reception. Over time, the composition has changed. We said goodbye to Michał as it happens in rock groups and Adam Szpak joined us. We've been playing this way for 5 years at various events. From 2022 I started recording my track in the studio. All tracks are written by me and the music as well. Anyway, he has been writing and composing since high school, also all his life. I record some old and new songs. Just in February I finished recording the last song for the release of the album entitled "My life is music".
There are 8 tracks on the album with different vibes. It's rock and a bit rock-sentimental. I am a musician, I play the guitar, piano and a few other instruments. I invite you to my Live program where I will present my album.
