Why has NAV changed its practice?
Before February 2021 NAV was required from individuals receiving unemployment benefits make their CV available to employers via NAV platforms. Information about people was available to employers logged in to the website. The practice was changed in February 2021 when it turned out that the solution was illegal.
For the years 2016-2021, NAV itself identified 808 such cases as potentially affected, of which 105 were invalidated. Due to legacy NAV solutions, we are unfortunately unable to find any affected cases prior to 2016 and are reliant on contact.
