NAV has suspended the payment of unemployment benefits when people receiving benefits do not want to share their CV with employers.

  • You received a decision to stop your unemployment benefits because you did not want to share your CV with employers via NAV platforms.
  • You received your detention decision before February 2021.

For the years 2016-2021, NAV itself identified 808 such cases as potentially affected, of which 105 were invalidated. Due to legacy NAV solutions, we are unfortunately unable to find any affected cases prior to 2016 and are reliant on contact.
