.

Western Norway is red and the rest of Norway is yellow in the ECDC's updated infection map.

ECDC updates its infection map every week. The map helps to form the basis for a decision on the rules of entry in Norway.

On Friday, the government will present an updated map for Norwegians. New the regulations come into force Monday evening.

Except that Rogaland, Vestfold and Telemark, Innlandet, Viken, Trøndelag and Nordland have turned from green to yellow. Vestland also turned from yellow to red on the updated ECDC map.

. Requirements and tests and quarantine

Arriving at Norway from the orange country, you must have a negative test before entering. Complete the entry registration form, check yourself at the border and in the entry quarantine.

The quarantine requirement does not apply to people who have been fully vaccinated or have been infected in the previous six months.

To decide if a country should change color, the European Infection Control Agency checks how many infections have been registered in each country in the last fourteen days.

If a country has more than 50 infected per 100 inhabitants, it may turn from green to orange. If a country carries out a great deal of testing, the limit has been set at 000 infected per 75 inhabitants.
