Williams' stable does not impress this season in Formula 1. Poor results result in retirement from the team of his employees. This decision was made on Wednesday by Dirk de Beer, who was responsible for aerodynamics. The first rumors about this appeared on Tuesday, but the final decision was made yesterday.

Huge experience
Dirk de Beer joined Williams on March 1, 2017. He was then praised for his extensive experience. "Having someone like Dirk who has years of experience in F1 dynamics is a huge added value for the team," said Claire Williams a year ago.
In fact, de Beer's career profile is impressive. The engineer has previously worked for such F1 giants as Ferrari, Sauber and Renault. As it turned out, his experience did not help the new employer achieve the assumed results. He quit his job after the stable authorities decided to reorganize the aerodynamics department.
The crisis in Williams has disastrous results
It is worth noting, however, that de Beer was not the only person responsible for the aerodynamic concept of the new Williams car. The work in the team was coordinated by Paddy Lowe - technical director. However, as this year's Formula 1 results show, the concept has proved to be wrong. Williams' stable is currently in the last place in the field, and in all races so far it has only gained 4 points.
Williams crisis
Recall that the racing drivers are Lance Stroll and Sergey Sirotkin. He plays the role of a reserve and test driver there Robert Kubica, who was responsible for the preparation of the car for this year's season.
