So how much time do we have? In the case of online purchase, we have 14 days to resign from the goods and another 14 days to return it. However, if we bought a gift directly in a stationary store, only the owner can allow us or refuse to exchange / resign from the goods. If the store has internal regulations for this type of situation, we usually have 30 days to do so and specific conditions.
