Earnings difference in Norway - This industry belongs to men

It cannot be denied that the profession of a broker has been significantly characterized by men. It is probably one of the last industries that still has an abundance of men. However, they want to change it and they want to reach young women more and more often, so that they are aware that working in finance is very exciting. Nordea analyst Thina Saltvedt calls for a change in women's attitudes. He informs that men very often recruit men in recruitment processes and it is time to change that. He also adds that women should start to believe in their abilities more and start demanding more. She believes that the women's part of the financial sector more often agrees to low wages, and this is one of the main reasons for the above-mentioned difference.
