. The Norwegian bottle collection center processes nearly 97% of plastic bottles. It is true that plastic waste takes the longest to decompose. Additionally, they are harmful to many animals. 480 billion - this is exactly how many plastic bottles are produced annually around the world. This information was provided by the UN.

. Ecological Norwegians

Despite these alarming statistics, Norway is one of the most ecological countries in the world. They recycle nearly 97% of plastic bottles annually. Due to the fact that plastic bottles are made of very high-quality materials, Norway can process one bottle up to 50 times! This action is possible thanks to the system developed by the Norwegians. Each bottle is carefully checked for quality before it is released for sale. This is important when recycling it. Infinitum, which experts say has developed one of the most efficient plastic recycling systems, is very pleased with its success.

Norway processes as much as 97% of plastic bottles annually

Ultimately, the Infinitum team wants to implement a system that would completely minimize the production of new plastic bottles. Such an action can certainly be very a good example for the rest of the world. Taking care of the environment is a very pressing and important issue. By processing as much as 97% of plastic bottles, Norwegians are committed to reducing pollution our planet. If a system that allows recycling 97% of plastic bottles annually continues to enjoy such efficiency, it is not impossible that it will be introduced also to other countries. This would help minimize the extinction of various animal species. This action would also have positive influence on the overall ecological condition of our planet. For now, however, all this is in the realm of predictions. However, there is nothing to hide: Norwegians processing so many plastic bottles, this is definitely a good example for the rest of the world.

For Norwegian economy green economy is becoming more and more important. This is confirmed by participation in many important projects and openness to renewable energy sources.
